We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, return it within 30 days for a full refund.

How to Return an Item

Email us at [email protected] or call (888) 857-2001 with your order number and reason for return.

Receive Return Authorization

We'll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping label within 24 hours.

Pack Your Item

Securely pack the item in its original packaging (if possible) with all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Include the RMA number inside the package.

Ship It Back

Attach the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location. Keep your tracking number for reference.

Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Eligible for Return

  • • Unopened items in original packaging
  • • Defective or damaged products
  • • Items received in error
  • • Products not as described
  • • Items within 30 days of delivery

Not Eligible for Return

  • • Opened software or consumables
  • • Items without original packaging
  • • Products damaged by misuse
  • • Items past 30-day return window
  • • Clearance or final sale items

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

This ensures you receive your new product as quickly as possible without waiting for the return to be processed first.

Refund Information

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Bank processing may take an additional 3-5 business days
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
  • Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items
